BCTG Avocats has entered into a sponsorship agreement with Réseau Entreprendre Paris and is available to assist its members in all strategic stages of their development.

Réseau Entreprendre Paris, a leader in providing support for business creation and takeover projects, assists numerous emerging start-ups in defining their entrepreneurial plans, economic objectives, and the technical and financial resources they require.

Thanks to this collaboration, Réseau Entreprendre Paris members will receive comprehensive legal support from BCTG Avocats, in particular on the various issues specific to developing innovative VSEs/SMEs: drafting articles of association, protecting intellectual property and know-how, managing human resources, managing business contractual relationships, regulatory compliance, fundraising, and sale of the business.

Once again, BCTG Avocats has positioned itself as a key partner of young innovative companies due to its unique cross-disciplinary approach and its thorough understanding of the businesses and constraints of the economic players the association assists.

As Augustin Nicolle, a partner at the firm, explained, “BCTG Avocats’ teams constantly endeavour to improve their collaboration methods in order to better meet the constantly changing needs of the economic players of today and tomorrow. That is the objective of our collaboration with Réseau Entreprendre Paris: to put our DNA, that of a full-service firm where all departments work in synergy, at the service of young companies with high potential. In addition, we have made a further commitment, which is highly appreciated by all new economy players: we offer simplified procedures through a single point of contact headed by two experts who liaise with users.”

Maxime de Couëssin, the Director of Réseau Entreprendre Paris noted: “Réseau Entreprendre Paris is proud to partner with BCTG Avocats to assist entrepreneurs in addressing the legal issues they face. This addition to the association’s offering is welcome in the current context of crisis that has generated numerous needs and questions for business leaders.”

Augustin Nicolle, a partner, and Cyprien Dufournier, an associate, both of whom specialise in corporate issues, will be the primary contacts for association members and will mobilise the various departments of the firm to provide customised responses to the needs of each member.

In connection with this collaboration, BCTG Avocats’ teams may also participate in the various committees set up by the association, hold conferences and workshops specifically tailored to entrepreneurs, and sit on the juries of competitions organised by Réseau Entreprendre Paris.
