BCTG Avocats advises CetteFamille on the acquisition of its capital by Crédit Agricole Santé & Territoires.
Paris, 20 December 2025, BCTG Avocats advised CetteFamille, a leading provider of family care and inclusive housing for seniors, on the acquisition of a majority stake in its capital by Crédit Agricole Santé & Territoires (CAST), a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole group dedicated to access to healthcare and support for the elderly.
Founded in 2017 by Paul-Alexis Racine Jourdren, CetteFamille has established itself as a pioneer in shared housing for the elderly, offering inclusive, human-scale homes located in the heart of local communities. This takeover by Crédit Agricole Santé & Territoires, already active in this sector, marks a new stage in the development of a comprehensive offering based on the two pillars of healthy ageing: non-medical accommodation and home care.
Crédit Agricole Santé & Territoires is now the majority shareholder in CetteFamille, which aims to offer enhanced and tailored non-medical accommodation solutions throughout the country by 2028.
This transaction illustrates BCTG Avocats’ commitment to innovative players working for social and territorial transformation.
CetteFamille and its founder were supported by:
- Bctg on legal aspects, with Cyprien Dufournier, partner, Pierre de Kerpoisson and Xavier Himbert, associates;
- Aesus Advisory and Gabriel d’Agay, in structuring and executing the transaction.
CAST was advised by KPMG, with Florence Olivier, partner, and Oumané Gueye, solicitor.
