Our Sports team helped our client, a major stakeholder in the tennis world, create an innovative private tennis league.

Management of all legal aspects related to this creation: assistance in the elaboration of the concept, including in terms of intellectual property, incorporation of the company behind the project, drafting of the league rules, drafting and negotiation of the contracts with the professional players concerned (members of the Top 10 of the ATP)

This operation, which is still under development, aims to energise the tennis world.
