BCTG Avocats has advised PathoQuest, a leader in RX Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) solutions for biosafety testing, in connection with its entry into a definitive agreement to join Charles River Laboratories (CRL).

The BCTG team was led by Severin Kullmann and Willy Mathot, with Paul Truck and Paul Leconte.
