The acquisition of a majority stake (77.5%) in NY’s Jump group, the French market leader in trampoline parks, which does business under the Let’s Jump Trampoline Park brand, enables the You Jump group to grow its network by 13 additional trampoline parks.

Created in 2018 by Carlos Rodrigues and Patrick Mouratoglou with the goal of quickly becoming a major player in the sector, and now controlled by the Eren Group, You Jump thus continues its expansion and now operates 21 trampoline parks throughout France, making it the market leader. The new parks will gradually be switched over to the You Jump brand. 

The BCTG Avocats Corporate and M&A team that assisted You Jump in completing this transaction was composed of Alain de Rougé, a partner, and Alexandra Carpentier, an associate. The firm’s other teams also participated in the prior legal due diligence phase. In addition, BCTG Avocats was assisted by the Cazals Manzo Pichot Saint Quentin firm (Bertrand de Saint Quentin, partner, and Aurélie Urvois, associate) for the tax aspects of the transaction (legal due diligence and memorandum of agreement).

The sellers (Société MA3 – Yann Sénéschal – and Société 10/10 – Nicolas Quilichini) were advised by Lexco, specifically Nicolas Joucla, a partner, and Marlène Foucras, an associate, on the legal aspects, and by BYCap Advisory (Bertrand Simon) on the financial aspects.
