BCTG Avocats assists Jinko, a company specializing in support for cancer patients, in its fundraising.

Paris, September 18, 2024. BCTG Avocats has advised Jinko, a company founded by Faustine Aussedat Bouvier and Anthony Miossec, in raising funds to support its growth.

Founded nearly two years ago, Jinko is a supportive care service for people affected by cancer. Jinko’s mission is to offer related care (nutrition, psychology, physical activity or pain management) to all patients undergoing cancer treatments.

Backed by 360 Capital, AFI Ventures and several business angels, the company raised two million euros in the autumn of 2024. This will enable the company to increase its capacity to work with patients.

BCTG Avocats, a preferred partner of impact companies, contributed its expertise to this transaction with a team comprising Cyprien Dufournier, partner, and Constance Biehler, associate.

The investors were advised by Gide Loyrette Nouel (partner Pierre Karpik and associate Nora Chekhab).
