A few months after Cyprien Dufournier’s promotion to partner, BCTG continues to strengthen its M&A / Private Equity department with the arrival of Aymeric Malphettes as a new partner.
Aymeric works with a clientele of ambitious SMEs and ETIs, and with investment funds, supporting them in all their growth operations: mergers, acquisitions and private equity. He joins BCTG to give his clients the benefit of a full range of services, a global approach to cases and a structured team with a thorough understanding of transactional issues.
“Joining BCTG enables me to offer my clients a holistic vision of their business and solutions for their day-to-day issues as well as for their major development projects. I’m delighted to be joining a highly competent, fast-growing team with strong ambitions and real human qualities”, explains Aymeric Malphettes.
“Strengthening our M&A / Private Equity team was one of our priorities for 2024. Aymeric’s arrival will enable us to broaden our M&A offering, and to pursue the development of our client base, particularly in private equity, in a context marked by strong activity and market recognition of the quality of our teams’ work. We’re delighted,” adds Séverin Kullmann, partner in charge of the department.
