Led by Sabine de Paillerets, the BCTG Avocats team advises a high-profile client base, including several American and Asian multinationals. The team of ten lawyers handles sensitive and high-stakes cases. It has recently been involved in several restructuring projects involving hundreds of employees. It also handles large-scale litigation relating to a variety of issues, such as the recognition of co-employment or the payment of back wages. The firm has also assisted one of its clients who was the subject of an inspection by the labor inspectorate, and also defends several clients in individual dismissal proceedings. Finally, the team is handling a dispute with Pôle Emploi concerning the reimbursement of unemployment benefits. Senior associate Mélanie Chrétienne also participates in the practice.
