Younes Mammeri is an associate in the M&A Private Equity / Litigation department.

He joined BCTG Avocats in 2026, after completing his PPI internship with the firm. He also interned at LERINS and Ringlé Roy & Associés.

Younes mainly practises commercial litigation, before both civil and commercial courts. He handles shareholder disputes as well as commercial disputes, in both litigation and arbitration.
