BCTG Avocats assists DNP Photo Imaging Europe in connection with the Sharingbox acquisition

DNP Photo Imaging Europe has acquired the entire Sharingbox group, a leading provider of photo booths and photo experiences in twenty countries, which does business primarily in the US and Europe.

A Sharingbox shareholder since 2017, DNP Photo Imaging Europe, a subsidiary of the Japanese group Dai Nippon Printing Co. Ltd, a leader in the field of photo printing and kiosk deployment in Europe, thus continues to expand and diversify its “events” activities. On the heels of the acquisition of Photopointcom in 2019, this transaction confirms the ambitions of DNP Photo Imaging Europe in these markets.
