The 2021 edition of the international rankings published by World Trademark Review once again recognises BCTG Avocats for its unrivalled expertise in intellectual property, in the categories “Firms” and “Individuals: enforcement and litigation.”

Established in 1970, BCTG Avocats counts IP as one of six pillars of its broad commercial practice. In the trademark field, brand protection and anti-counterfeiting are fortes for the group, which prides itself on its forward-thinking outlook. In the driving seat is head of department Gaëlle Bloret-Pucci, a partner in the Intellectual Property department, who for the last two decades has graced the firm with her “pragmatic and efficient approach.” She has lately been advising international brand owners on innovative trademark protection and influential anti-counterfeiting strategies.
