BCTG Avocats assisted Via Sana, a proptech company specializing in medical coworking, in raising €16 million in funding. This round of financing was carried out with its long-standing investor 360 Capital and the Fonds Stratégique des Transitions managed by ISALT, a long-term investment company partly owned by Caisse des Dépôts.
Founded in 2020 by Louis Fosse and Ulysse Vallier, Via Sana offers turnkey medical practices in several major French cities, facilitating the establishment of independent healthcare professionals. With more than 500 practitioners and 30,000 patients per month, the company plans to expand its network in several cities in France, while enhancing its range of digital services.
True to its commitment to supporting startups and innovative companies, BCTG Avocats continues to support high-impact projects.
