Assisting and representing an energy broker in a dispute against a former partner, a gas and electricity supplier, regarding a violation of non-competition undertakings.
In the context of this case, our firm has set up an ad-hoc team composed of members of the Competition/Distribution team and members of the Litigation team in order to assist the client in the mediation proceedings and then in the arbitration proceedings.
