Raphaël Tandetnik has been an attorney since 2017 and joined the firm’s Energy Department in 2020 to practice litigation.
He assists the firm’s clients on a daily basis in their litigation, mainly in the renewable energy sector and in industrial matters.
He acts before all civil and commercial jurisdictions while favoring, when appropriate to the stakes of the cases, the use of alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation in order to seek the best negotiated solution.
