Maeva Melchior is an associate in the Litigation & Project Contracts department, which she joined in 2024.

Maeva completed a number of internships, notably with Fidal and Delsol Avocats, before joining Ginestié Paley-Vincent as an associate in the litigation department for her first collaboration.

On a daily basis, she assists the firm’s clients with their disputes, mainly in the renewable energies and industry sectors. She appears before all civil and commercial jurisdictions, while favoring, where appropriate, alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation.
