Ludovic is a partner in Public Contrats and Projects Contracts. He was a partner for 14 years in an American-British law firm.

He assists his clients, both public (State, public institutions and public companies, etc.) and private (sponsors, lenders) in the financing, deployment and operation of infrastructure or public works. 

His area of expertise is assisting in the preparation of tender documentation, the drafting and negotiation of public contracts (PPP, concessions, public procurement, public service delegations, etc.) and the structuring of complex arrangements. He also advises on public economic law (subsidiarisation, restructuring, privatisation, competition law applied to public entities, etc.). He also represents his clients in disputes concerning the award or performance of public contracts. 

Ludovic works in the fields of transport (rail, dedicated transport corridors, airports), defence, telecommunications (public-initiative networks), sport, culture and hospitality (commercial catering, shops).
