Alain de Rougé, has been a lawyer since 2005 and a partner at BCTG Avocats since 2019 within the M&A / Private Equity department.
He mainly advises on mergers and acquisitions in various fields of activity, in particular in the industrial, sports and energy sectors; however, his area of expertise covers all aspects of corporate and contract law.
He has also developed expertise in project financing, which allows him to frequently assist the firm’s clients in these types of transaction.
Finally, Alain is the author of several articles in legal journals and publications specialising in corporate law and conducts numerous training sessions and client presentations.
